Naps,windows is for users.AND IM USER so i like windows, i dont need something that i need to re-programm evry day to work on and hope that someone with more capabilities of mine would help me.Still that ubunto crazy graphics is awesome :)

It mostly depends on having a good graphics card, and my Geforce 7900 GS runs it fine.Though sometimes my OpenGL apps lag after a while.But since Linux isn't stupid, I can just reset Compiz without even closing any programs.

I have half a Gig right now, and Ubuntu runs fine with the default configuration. Compiz-Fusion doesn't have a big effect on how much RAM you need. |
