oh my god... she has no foundation -.-. You say that because you don't look at yourself without makeup XD. She has a normal skin..

there are people out there with a LOT worse skin than that. Besides, he wasn't doing foundation/powder facial make up lesson, he was all about the brows. I personally prefer to use a brow pencil, because I am not as skilled with the powder as he is, and I like the results I get, since I have blonde eyebrows. He really did a great a great job though, props!
