Both were excellent! Very very funny shit. McCain seriously surprised me the most because I guess my expectations were so low for him. Whaddayaknow the old geezer got jokes!!!Both were really good... some real zingers in there... even about themselves... self deprecating humor is always good when done right!With that said... whew... it was close but Barack pulled it off! We will be in MUCH better shape now!

Did anyone else notice that in Smith's introduction of McCain, he lauded McCain "as he can always be counted on for his candor and straight talk as we learned not only his time in the House and Senate but also during his quest for his party's nomination in 2000." I guess Smith may have feared people would have thought he was joking if that McCain was "candid" and offered "straight talk" during his run in 2008. |
