Dear aacharyaI am confused with one question. During meditation,the breath slows down so much , its just localized to nostrils, and then you are in deep meditation. But do you refer naval breathing too during mediation or just during conscious state of mind. Also during deep sleep when we take draw cosmic energy, do we perform naval breathing or breathing just localized to nostril (nose). Please comment what is the difference between the two and their importance.Thanks and regardsAbhijit
