ive tried using the eyeshadow wit water nd it goes on very welll; although if your goin to put liquid eyeliner, dont do a smokey eye, cuz the liquid eyeliner will get lost fromm all the black eyeshadow, so if yurr going to put liquid eyeliner, put it on when u haver light eyeshadow on. :], nd if yurr going to put it with the smokey eye, then u have to make the liquid liner every dark so ppl can actually notice it :]just thought i shouldnt mention that lol
